In 2017, Simone — Italian by heart and entrepreneur by nature — left the hills of Le Marche with one clear mission: to bring the authentic taste of Italian truffle to the UK. Not just the flavour, but the values behind it: craftsmanship, respect for the land, and the joy of sharing good food.

A few years later in London, he met Vanessa.
Together, they built a life, a family, and a company that would grow with the same warmth found in their kitchen. What started as a passion project became a bridge between Italy and the UK — between roots and routine, between tradition and the modern table.
